Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled for free before they are shipped. Once shipped, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery.

Return Policy

Most products are eligible for a 7-day return from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. Innerwear, perishable, and personalized items are non-returnable.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check. COD refunds are credited to your bank account.

  2. Pack the item in its original packaging
  3. Schedule a pickup with our courier partner
  4. Receive your refund after quality check
