How it works
2List your products
Add at least three photos per product, set your price and stock, and let the free AI assistant draft your title and description — you can edit every word before publishing.
Products are reviewed before they go live, and the status shows on your product list.
3Pack and ship
Shipping is arranged by you today. Anaira does not run warehouses or pickups.
When an order comes in, we generate the packing slip. You pack the parcel, hand it to your courier and enter the AWB number in your dashboard so the buyer can track it.
4Get paid
Every delivered order writes a sale entry into your ledger, with taxes shown line by line.
Balances become payable after the delivery holding period. A verified bank account is required before your first payout.
5Grow
You get your own storefront page with your logo, banner and story, plus buyer reviews on your shop and products.
Your dashboard shows best-sellers, revenue trend and order performance so you know what to make next.

Most artisans and self-help groups already have everything on this list.
PAN
RequiredYour personal or business PAN card number.
Bank account
RequiredAccount number and IFSC in your or your business's name. Payouts go here once verified.
GSTIN
Only if applicableRequired only if your turnover crosses the GST registration threshold. Most artisans and SHGs are below it.
FSSAI licence
Food onlyNeeded if you sell pickles, tea, spices or any other edible product.
Product photos
RequiredAt least three clear photos per product. A phone camera in daylight is enough.
MSME / Udyam certificate
OptionalIf you're registered as a micro or small enterprise, add your Udyam number. It's free to get at udyamregistration.gov.in and unlocks faster payment terms and government scheme eligibility.
Don't have a GSTIN?
You can still sell on Anaira. GST registration is only required once your turnover crosses the threshold set by law for your state and product type. If you are below it, leave the GSTIN field blank during onboarding. If you register later, add it from your seller dashboard.
Not registered as MSME yet?
Udyam registration is free, online, and takes about 15 minutes. You only need Aadhaar and PAN. Weavers, artisans and SHGs across the North East qualify. You can add your number to Anaira later from your seller dashboard.
